Your Role:

As the Warranty Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our warranty operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing warranty processes within ERP systems, aligning with company standards.
• Accurately and promptly processing warranty claims to maximize recoveries and prevent expirations.
• Reviewing warranty work orders (WOs) for compliance, completeness, and accuracy.
• Coordinating corrections with management and the service team to uphold claim integrity.
• Submitting pre-authorization tickets for major parts replacements.
• Following up on denied claims, making adjustments to secure approvals.
• Escalating rejected claims for further review or authorization for write-offs.
• Tracking warranty parts by claim reference or WO numbers for accuracy.
• Collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure timely return of defective parts to factories.
• Keeping current with factory service updates and announcements.
• Generating bi-weekly reports to monitor the status of warranty claims.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 1-3 years of experience in warranty claims, ideally in the heavy equipment industry or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency (French and English) is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of ownership and accountability in all tasks.
• Proficiency with computers and a knack for quickly mastering new systems.
• Technical knowledge in heavy equipment is a plus.
