How we stand behind to support:

Every piece of XCMG equipment is EPA emission approved, CSA regulation certified and built tough for the Canadian environment. From excavators, rollers, wheel loaders to manlifts, telehandlers and cranes, our engineers are putting their best efforts to ensure the safety, functionality and productivity of the equipment.

Technical:

One of many XCMG strengths is the willingness to listen and learn in order to get our equipment improved and stay competitive. Our local and international service and technical team offers on-demand technical assistance, plus all-year round on-site technical support and technical training etc. upon request.

Parts:

XCMG works with well recognized and reliable partners, i.e Cummins, Kubota, Kawasaki, Dana, Danfoss etc, for easy and accessible parts; XCMG Canada uses online parts management system(XGSS) for easy checking and parts ordering processes, with two parts distribution center located in Edmonton Alberta, and Hamilton Ontario. Parts centers in Reading PA, Houston TX, and Las Vegas NV are also within reach.
