XCMG Canada Ltd.—a global leader in construction machinery—is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to take the lead in growing our dealership presence across Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

What You'll Do – Make Your Mark

🤝 Dealer Relationship Management

  • Act as the go-to expert for our existing dealers—ensuring their growth and satisfaction.
  • Deliver hands-on support, performance coaching, and strategic guidance to drive results.

📈 Dealer Acquisition & Market Development

  • Identify and onboard new dealerships aligned with our growth goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to unlock untapped potential across your territory.

💬 Strategic Relationship Building

  • Host dealer events, site visits, and executive meetings that strengthen long-term collaboration.
  • Resolve challenges quickly and efficiently to maintain dealer momentum.

📊 Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and after-sales teams to optimize strategies.
  • Provide regular market feedback to influence decision-making at the national level.

📋 Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain up-to-date CRM entries and performance reports.
  • Use data to shape territory strategies and make informed business decisions.

What You Bring – The Power to Drive Change

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in outside sales, territory, or account management—preferably in construction equipment or dealership networks.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute winning sales strategies.
  • Experience with heavy machinery, OEMs, or dealership operations is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and French? That’s a strong asset!
  • CRM-savvy, highly organized, and an excellent communicator.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and occasionally work weekends.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and pass a background check.
