What You'll Do – Make Your Mark
🤝 Dealer Relationship Management
- Act as the go-to expert for our existing dealers—ensuring their growth and satisfaction.
- Deliver hands-on support, performance coaching, and strategic guidance to drive results.
📈 Dealer Acquisition & Market Development
- Identify and onboard new dealerships aligned with our growth goals.
- Conduct market analysis to unlock untapped potential across your territory.
💬 Strategic Relationship Building
- Host dealer events, site visits, and executive meetings that strengthen long-term collaboration.
- Resolve challenges quickly and efficiently to maintain dealer momentum.
📊 Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and after-sales teams to optimize strategies.
- Provide regular market feedback to influence decision-making at the national level.
📋 Reporting & Administration
- Maintain up-to-date CRM entries and performance reports.
- Use data to shape territory strategies and make informed business decisions.
What You Bring – The Power to Drive Change
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years in outside sales, territory, or account management—preferably in construction equipment or dealership networks.
- Proven ability to develop and execute winning sales strategies.
- Experience with heavy machinery, OEMs, or dealership operations is highly preferred.
- Bilingual in English and French? That’s a strong asset!
- CRM-savvy, highly organized, and an excellent communicator.
- Willingness to travel frequently and occasionally work weekends.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and pass a background check.
