What You'll Be Doing

🔹 Credit Control Management

✅ Partner with finance companies and dealers to streamline floor plan and retail financing programs.

✅ Monitor dealer loan payments and manage interest payment schedules.

✅ Ensure seamless dealer inventory reconciliation processes with the finance team.

✅ Proactively identify and address non-performing loans to protect our financial health.

🔹 Treasury Management

Develop and implement treasury policies that align with corporate strategy.

✅ Build and maintain strong domestic and international banking relationships.

✅ Work with the Corporate Foreign Exchange team to manage financial risks through cash flow analysis and hedging.

✅ Keep cash flow crystal clear with accurate forecasting and positioning reports.

✅ Ensure smooth bank reconciliations and precise general ledger recording.

✅ Manage company credit card accounts and maintain compliance with reporting standards.

✅ Coordinate short- and long-term intercompany settlements to support financial operations.

🔹 Other Responsibilities

✅ Provide financial insights and data for internal and external audits.

✅ Ensure compliance with corporate policies, financial standards, and industry regulations.

What You Bring to the Table

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred).

✔️ 5+ years of experience in treasury, credit control, or a similar role (experience in OEM heavy equipment? Even better! 🚜).

✔️ ERP system proficiency (SAP or Treasury Workstations? Huge plus!).

✔️ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with a sharp attention to detail.

✔️ Excellent communication skills—you’ll collaborate with senior leadership, finance teams, and external partners.

✔️ Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
