Your Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Prepare sales reports, manage schedules, and maintain meticulous records.
• Process dealership orders with accuracy and ensure CRM data integrity.

Coordination Excellence

• Serve as a key contact between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
• Coordinate logistics to guarantee on-time equipment delivery to dealerships.
• Assist in planning meetings, events, and training sessions.

Effective Communication

• Foster clear communication between internal teams and external clients.
• Relay client feedback to relevant departments to enhance satisfaction.

Data and Process Management

• Update and analyze client and sales data within our CRM system.
• Generate insights through reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to elevate efficiency.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English to effortlessly connect with clients across Quebec.
• A background in business, logistics, or administration, ideally within machinery or heavy equipment industries.
• A proven ability to handle complex tasks with precision, independence, and collaboration.
• Expertise in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive mindset with exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
