Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? XCMG Canada Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help shape the future of the construction equipment industry in Canada.

In this exciting role, you’ll manage key administrative tasks, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth operations for dealership orders and equipment logistics. If you’re a proactive multitasker with a passion for efficiency, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do

Administrative Support

  • Prepare sales reports, manage schedules, and maintain accurate records.
  • Process dealership orders and ensure precise data entry in the CRM system.

Coordination

  • Act as the key point of contact between the sales team, clients, and other departments.
  • Work closely with logistics and service teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and training sessions.

Communication

  • Facilitate effective communication within the sales team and with external clients.
  • Relay client feedback and concerns to ensure quick and efficient resolution.

Data Management

  • Maintain and update client and sales data in the CRM system.
  • Generate and analyze reports to support data-driven sales strategies.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in sales processes.
  • Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in equipment coordination or logistics.
  • Background in machinery, heavy equipment, or OEM is a strong asset.
  • Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check and work occasional weekends.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (flexibility based on organizational needs).
