We’re looking for a Product Support Technician to join our team in Edmonton, Ab. and make a real impact on the General Construction Heavy Equipment sector. 🔧 What You’ll Do

✅ Be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, training, and dealer support.

✅ Build strong partnerships with dealership service teams and factory reps.

✅ Lead pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and ensure top-quality equipment readiness.

✅ Create engaging training materials and deliver hands-on sessions.

✅ Manage warranty processes and drive product improvement programs.

✅ Travel to customer sites which may require overnight stays to provide technical

support, programming, and complete repairs when necessary.

✅ Ensure health & safety compliance, from toolbox talks to inspections.

✅ Bi-weekly cycling of XCMG equipment inventory.

✅ Removing and replacing parts on equipment inventory as required.

✅ Loading and unloading equipment inventory as required.

🔍 What You Bring

✔️ Red Seal Heavy Duty Technician certification.

✔️ 5+ years as a Service Technician in construction equipment.

✔️ Deep industry knowledge and experience with dealership service operations.

✔️ Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (safety training is a bonus!).

✔️ Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing schedules.

💰 What We Offer

🚗 $1,000/Month Vehicle Allowance (Ideally, your vehicle will be a Pick-up Truck as

you may be required to haul parts.)
