Why This Role Matters

As Parts Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional service to the growing XCMG Canadian market. Reporting to the Vice President of After-Sales, you’ll oversee daily parts warehouse operations across two Canadian locations. You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensure smooth supply chain operations, and support dealers with all their equipment needs—all while fostering a stellar reputation for XCMG in the community.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a team to maintain a seamless parts supply chain.
• Manage inventory processes, from tracking parts with our ERP system to overseeing annual inventory clean-up.
• Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a focus on positive outcomes.
• Support dealers and customers with expert parts advice and service.
• Handle OEM orders and deliveries while overseeing shipping and receiving processes.
• Prepare purchase orders, maintain accurate inventory records, and occasionally serve as a parts-runner.
• Promote and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Red Seal Journeyman Parts Ticket and at least 5 years in construction equipment parts and service operations.
• Skills: Strong inventory management, budgeting, and mechanical aptitude. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team leader with a collaborative approach. Commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Flexibility: Ability to work daytime hours (8:00 am–4:30 pm), with occasional evening hours and travel as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move parts weighing 30–50 lbs. frequently.
