✅ Tech Troubleshooter: Provide expert IT support for software, hardware, and network

  systems.

✅ Access Manager: Control user permissions to keep data secure and workflows smooth.

✅ Report Guru: Build custom reports to support smart decision-making.

✅ Trainer & Guide: Conduct workshops, create guides, and help teams master new

  systems.

✅ System Optimizer: Identify tech improvements to keep XCMG ahead of the curve.

✅ Security Defender: Keep systems updated, backed up, and protected.

✅ Hands-On Support: Install, configure, and maintain essential IT equipment.

🔍 What You Bring

✔️ Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft IT Professional, or CCNA are a plus!)

✔️ Strong technical skills in software, networks, and troubleshooting.

✔️ Excellent communication—you explain tech in a way everyone understands.

✔️ Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

💰 What We Offer

✨ $75,000–$80,000 Salary
