What You’ll Do:

  • Be the IT Point Person: Provide top-tier support for all things SAP, CRM, and WMS software. You’ll be the expert other departments turn to!
  • Manage Access: Grant and manage user access to key systems, ensuring everyone has just what they need to succeed.
  • Create Custom Reports: Use your analytical skills to create tailored reports that keep our team informed and efficient.
  • Train and Troubleshoot: Conduct workshops, create training materials, and support users with any system or software hiccups.
  • Champion Improvement: Advocate for continuous improvement in our platforms and processes, ensuring we’re always moving forward.
  • Keep Us Connected: Install and configure hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners. You’ll be the mastermind behind keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Support on the Go: Provide in-person and remote technical support across the company, creating easy-to-follow guides for our users.
  • Test New Tech: Stay on the cutting edge by evaluating new technology to ensure it’s a perfect fit for our systems.
  • Secure Our Systems: Keep our computers safe with regular updates, security protocols, and virus protection.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Track and document every step of the problem-solving process, ensuring a smooth path to resolution.
  • Perform safety checks on all IT equipment to keep our workplace hazard-free.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to find the best tech tools and resources.
  • Manage data storage systems and backups like a pro.
  • Be a key player in IT projects, from system upgrades to implementing new tech.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Education & Certifications: A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a huge plus.
  • Tech Know-How: You’ve got a strong grasp of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products, and you know how to keep them running smoothly.
  • Problem-Solving Pro: Troubleshooting is your middle name! You can tackle issues with ease, and you’re up-to-date on internet security and data privacy best practices.
  • Communication Wizard: You know how to explain tech to non-tech folks with clarity and patience.
  • Customer Focused: You understand the importance of keeping our team happy and productive.
