Are you the go-to tech troubleshooter in your circle? Do you love solving problems, streamlining systems, and helping people conquer their digital challenges? If so, XCMG Canada Ltd. has a desk with your name on it (and probably two monitors, a fast processor, and a pretty cool keyboard setup, too).

We’re looking for a Help Desk – Problem Solver of All IT to join our growing team. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable face of IT support—keeping our systems humming, our data clean, and our team productive. Whether it’s configuring hardware, fighting off the latest cyber threats, or demystifying printer issues, you’ll be the wizard behind the screen making the magic happen.


What You’ll Tackle (and Totally Crush)

🛠️ Troubleshooting & Tech Support

  • Be the frontline responder for all things IT—diagnosing, resolving, and documenting technical issues across the company.
  • Offer support in-person and remotely, turning “it’s not working!” into “thanks, that was fast!”

🔐 Access & Security Management

  • Manage user access and system permissions to keep our digital environment secure and efficient.
  • Apply updates, implement virus protection, and ensure our security protocols are always on point.

💻 System Maintenance & Setup

  • Install and configure computers, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and more.
  • Perform regular system checks and upgrades to keep everything running like clockwork.

🚀 Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Test and evaluate new hardware and software—if it helps us work better, you’ll help us adopt it.
  • Suggest ways to enhance platforms, processes, and tools—because IT can always be smarter.

🧾 Documentation & Collaboration

  • Keep detailed records of issues and resolutions—your future self (and the team) will thank you.
  • Work with procurement to recommend and source the right tech for every need.


What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or CCNA are a big plus
  • Solid knowledge of IT systems, mobile devices, security, and troubleshooting best practices
  • A strong communicator who can explain tech in plain English
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and hungry to learn and grow
  • Ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and deliver results
