Are you a visionary sales leader with a passion for driving revenue and shaping market strategies? XCMG Canada Ltd. is looking for a Director of Sales to take the reins of our sales operations, spearhead strategic initiatives, and lead a high-performance team to exceed business objectives.

The successful candidate will not only lead sales strategy and operations but will also take on an active Salesperson role, directly engaging with customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, travelling when necessary, negotiating deals, and closing sales. As they organically grow the sales team, they will be responsible for building strong client relationships, expanding the customer base, conducting product demonstrations, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, they must stay attuned to market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, ensuring that their hands-on sales efforts align with the company’s broader strategic objectives.

🔹 Strengthen Dealer & Customer Relationships – Build lasting partnerships that foster

🔹 Data-Driven Decision Making – Use insights to refine strategies, drive innovation, and

  stay ahead of competitors.

🔹 Maximize Revenue Growth – Expand the customer base, develop new sales channels,

  and optimize profitability.

🔹 Coach & Develop Talent – Recruit, train, and mentor a top-performing sales force.

 

What You Bring to the Table

Education & Experience:

🔹Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

🔹10+ years in the OEM heavy equipment industry, specializing in material handling, GCI,

  and cranes.
