We’re looking for a Senior Full-Cycle Accountant who’s ready to ditch the outdated image and bring their full personality (and spreadsheet magic) to a finance team that actually talks to each other, works cross-functionally, and even laughs now and then.

What You’ll Actually Do (No Green Visors Required):

💳 Credit Control (But Make It Strategic)

• Manage floorplan and retail financing programs like a boss
• Keep tabs on dealer loans and interest schedules
• Reconcile dealer inventory with the accuracy of a Swiss watch
• Spot financial risks before they become full-blown headaches

💰 Treasury Management (Because Cash Flow is King)

• Build and implement smart treasury policies and internal controls
• Keep strong relationships with our banks (domestic & international)
• Help analyze cash flow and mitigate financial risks (hedging, FX, interest rate strategy — the exciting stuff!)
• Prepare weekly/monthly cash forecasts that keep leadership informed and impressed
• Reconcile bank accounts like a pro and oversee all cash GL entries
• Manage company credit cards (without the drama)
• Juggle intercompany transactions like a financial acrobat

✅ Audit & Compliance (You Make It Look Easy)

• Support internal and external audits without breaking a sweat
• Make sure we’re always in line with the rules — because compliance is cool

What You Bring (Besides a Love for Spreadsheets):

• A Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA, CFA, or MBA? That’s the cherry on top
• 5+ years of experience in treasury or credit control (extra points if it’s in the OEM/heavy equipment world)
• Familiar with ERP systems like SAP or Treasury Workstations? Even better
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and weirdly into reconciling things
• Great communicator who can explain financial stuff to non-finance folks without making them glaze over
• Able to prioritize like a ninja and manage your own workflow
