We’re looking for a Product Support Technician to join our team and make a real impact in the General Construction Industry – Heavy Equipment sector. If you thrive on solving problems, building strong relationships, and keeping equipment running at its best, this is your chance to shine!

🔧 What You’ll Do

✅ Be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, training, and dealer support.

✅ Build strong partnerships with dealership service teams and factory reps.

✅ Lead pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and ensure top-quality equipment readiness.

✅ Create engaging training materials and deliver hands-on sessions.

✅ Manage warranty processes and drive product improvement programs.

✅ Travel to customer sites to provide technical support, programming, and repairs.

✅ Ensure health & safety compliance, from toolbox talks to inspections.

🔍 What You Bring

✔️ Red Seal Heavy Duty Technician certification or equivalent experience.

✔️ 5+ years as a Service Technician in construction equipment.

✔️ Deep industry knowledge and experience with dealership service operations.

✔️ Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and leadership skills.

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (safety training is a bonus!).

✔️ Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing schedules.
