🔧 What You’ll Do

✅ Be the go-to expert for technical support, troubleshooting, and dealer training.

✅ Roll up your sleeves for hands-on repairs, pre-delivery inspections, and parts inventory management.

✅ Lead training sessions and create engaging materials for dealership service teams.

✅ Manage warranty processes and implement product improvement programs.

✅ Travel to dealer and customer sites to provide on-the-spot support, programming, and maintenance.

🔍 What You Bring

✔️ Red Seal Heavy Duty Technician certification or equivalent experience.

✔️ 5+ years as a Service Technician, ideally with MEWP or heavy equipment.

✔️ Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.

✔️ Familiarity with dealership service operations & technical documentation.

✔️ Organized, customer-focused, and a team player.

✔️ Knowledge of Microsoft Office (French is a bonus!).

✔️ Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules.

💰 What We Offer

✨ $100,000–$110,000 Salary

🚗 $1,000/Month Vehicle Allowance
