Are you a numbers-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of credit management and treasury strategy? At XCMG Canada, we’re looking for an Accountant – Credit Control & Treasury who’s ready to take charge of our dealer financing and treasury operations.

This is more than just a back-office role—you’ll be the financial pulse behind our partnerships, helping manage risk, optimize cash flow, and fuel growth. What You’ll Do: Be the Backbone of Financial Control

💳 Credit Management & Dealer Financing

• Oversee dealer floorplan and retail financing programs with lending partners
• Monitor and report on loan performance, flag risks, and support credit risk decisions

💰 Treasury Strategy & Operations

• Lead treasury functions, including policy development, forecasting, and foreign exchange planning
• Build and maintain strong banking relationships
• Manage daily cash positions, cash flow strategies, and FX exposure

📊 Reporting & Collaboration

• Ensure accurate cash reporting and support audits, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
• Work cross-functionally with finance, sales, and executive leadership to support strategic goals

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred)
• 5+ years’ experience in credit control, treasury, or financial operations—experience in OEM or heavy equipment industry is a strong asset
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP and treasury management software are a bonus)
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
